The Low Calorie Milkshake

This weekend, I was craving a chocolate milkshake (aren’t I always?) but didn’t want the calories that come with one from Rolando’s. Instead, I whipped up this recipe for a low-cal alternative, and finally utilized my Hamilton Single-Serve Blender.

Ingredients:

• 1 Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar (110 calories)
• 1/2 cup of Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Almond Milk (20 calories)
• 3 ice cubes
• 1 scoop Designer Whey Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (optional, but great if you’re drinking this before or after a workout) (100 calories)

Directions

• With a spoon, pull the Chocolate Fudge Bar off the stick and into the blender
• Add the Almond Milk, ice cubes and (optional) Whey Protein Powder
• Blend until smooth
• Add more Almond Milk if you desire a smoother consistency, or more ice cubes for a thicker shake
• Drink & enjoy!
